Who we are
Holy Paws is a home-based Welsh Corgi kennel in the Jordan Valley, Israel. The site holypaws.dog is ours, and we are the ones who decide what happens to the data that arrives through it. You can write to us at the address given on the Contact page.
What we receive
When you fill in the enquiry form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, email address, phone number (if you gave one) and the text of your message. Stored along with it are the address of the page you sent it from, the language of the site, the page you came to us from, and the date.
We collect nothing else. There are no accounts on this site, no payments and nothing to sign up for.
Why we need it
Only to answer you and carry on the conversation about a puppy. We do not sell this data and we do not send marketing.
Who we pass it to
- Our email provider. Your enquiry reaches us as an email.
- kennelX. The kennel record system where we keep the waiting list. A copy of the enquiry goes there.
- Google Analytics. Counts visits: pages, devices, countries. It does not receive the name, email or phone from your enquiry.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Only Google Analytics does, and it does not load straight away: until you interact with the page, its code is not fetched at all. You can block it in your browser settings or with an extension — the site works either way.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay while we are in touch and for a reasonable time after, normally no longer than three years. If a puppy went home with you, we keep in touch longer — we stay in contact with the owners of our dogs. Google Analytics data is kept under Google rules.
What you can ask for
Write to us and we will show you what data of yours we hold, correct it or delete it. We will do so within a reasonable time. Deletion is complete, except for what we need for a sale already made.
Children
This site is not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you are under 18, write to us together with your parents.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. The link is always in the footer.
